I had a terrible experience with this company. I booked a free estimate back in December and initially decided not to move forward because I found someone cheaper. Due to poor communication with that company, I decided to reach back out to JJ. From the beginning, the phone conversation felt a little rude on their end, but I tried not to overthink it and assumed it may have been due to my busy schedule. I clearly explained that I work Monday through Friday and would not be home during the job, but my brother would be present. I was asked how the remaining payment would be handled, and I stated that I could pay the rest of the balance before the job started, since I wouldn’t be there when it was completed. Called several local places to replace a leaking bathtub. J&J were the only ones who could do it in a timely manner. They replaced the inwall tub and wall panels. The price was higher than I expected, but the quality was good. Job was done in two days. Communication was good throughout the project. I recommend J&J for plumbing work.

We are very happy with the removal of our old shower enclosure and installation of new shower walls and fixtures. Always on time and nice people to work with. Fit our budget and completed sooner than competitors.

Jason and John know their stuff. They did our countertops and sink and the results were gorgeous. We will be using them again in the future.
