Our AC system was 26 years old and had been failing for years when it finally went out on a 100 deg. day. We called JJ Air, and Rafael arrived shortly thereafter and diagnosed our problem. He was very professional and empathetic with our situation, and even discovered additional critical areas of concern. Due to the age of my system, finding a replacement compressor was proving to be a challenge, but rather than keep my family in the heat, we were upgraded to a fully modern AC system at no extra charge. Rafael and Ezekiel worked hard in brutal heat to install the new system. We haven't been this comfortable in the summer in years. JJ Air displayed uncommon professionalism and customer service.
