I had an emergency situation when I noticed one of my dogs kept going to the same spot outside. When I walked over, I could hear water running before I even saw anything. I went into the basement and found water spewing everywhere from a split pipe connected to our outdoor spigot. I immediately shut off the main water valve and called J & J Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric. They were able to dispatch David C. to my home in LaGrange, Ohio the same day within a few hours. David was extremely professional, friendly, and patient. He explained everything in detail as he assessed the situation and showed me where the pipe had split in multiple places, even though we had turned off the shutoff and removed the hose well before winter. We needed to have a drain for a wet bar installed. Service was easy to schedule with a low lead time. David C and Jack B did a wonderful job installing the drain and cleaning up. They were also very friendly and kind. We will definitely use J & J Plumbing in the future if we need any more work done.

100/10 recommend, I had new light fixtures put it, our electrician, Braeden, did an amazing job, very efficient and polite. I also got a couple pipes fixed, the plumber, Dawson, was so kind to talk/explain what he’s going to do, never had a problem since. I would pick this business over any other any day!
