Awesome prices for quality items. I would give 5 stars if my washer wasn't damaged some time between me purchasing it and it being delivered. When I called to complain about my washer being damaged they asked if I could prove it wasn't damaged when I bought it. Overall it's a pretty good place to get lightly used, dinged/dented, and sometimes new appliances. Would recommend with the advice of taking pictures of what you buy from all angles when you pick it out.

They were great to work with and had a great range of prices to fit any budget. They also had some second hand appliances that were cheap. I will be back the next time I need another appliance.

I bought LG washer and dryers from them and after delivery. It was snowing and winter out and a pipe crack. I had a small leak and reached out to them and they came out and fixed it right away. Very pleased with my used washer and dryer LG set that I bought from you guys. Thanks so much, and thank you so much for coming out and fixing that cracked line. Everything's working so far perfect. I recommend them to anyone Looking to buy a used appliance, they'll take care of you.

This is a Ding and Scratch appliance store with good inventory...plus some new stock sprinkled in! Order our 1st jumbo washer and dryer set during the rainy months and it got wet and damaged the motherboard....NO PROBLEM!!! Comes with a 90 day warranty, they came and picked up the 1st set and brought the new set the next day after attempting to let the 1st washer dry out. I'd recommend them to anybody if you dont need new new!

I bought a refrigerator Sunday. They said it will deliver Wednesday because their 3rd party contractors are backed up. Today been waiting for my refrigerator called them and they still backed up so now one more day of waiting with no refrigerator, I am still going to Pay for the service! ($70-80) cash. Not recommended.
