Helen at J&K was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Helen for buying cabinets at a very good price point as well as assembly services. This is our second purchase through Helen for Naples kitchen remodels. Helen offered professional design/layout of my kitchen while offering suggestions which prevented a costly mistake in my original design and a much better look for the finished product. Dovetail drawers quality constructed 3/4” cabinets look great. Here’s a couple pics before completing full kitchen.

We went there today to look for cabinets for a laundry room project. Our handyman highly recommended we go to this place for the cabinets. After 20 minutes of being completely ignored we left. Not a "hello" or "someone will be right with you". I guess that was to much to ask. And there is no way the gentlemen at the front desk didn't see us. Poor customer service.

I found them to be not at all helpful, when I asked a question about a particular cabinet type, the salesman answered in a nasty tone it was very pleasant, bad customer service, I wouldn’t go back there!!

The cabinets are solid and looks great. However, there is a design flaw in the pull out trash & recycle bin. You have to remove the front trash can to remove the rear trash can. With other cabinet companies, you can remove the rear trash can without having to remove the front trash can. We have to do this several times a week and it's a pain in the butt. The solution is to have the brackets come out another 1"-2". Or, better yet the company should buy trash cans from another supplier (like I did), that are approx. 1" narrower. The trash cans they buy are from Rev-A-Shelf and are too wide for the pull out design. The other J&K dealer in Orlando uses 7 gallon rubermaid bins that also work. So please consider making this change!
