JK Moving is excellent! For our cross-country move, their team of full-service moving contractors, James Odom & Associates, left our entire apartment spotless which helped us keep our security deposit. I couldn’t believe how fast they got everything done while handling everything with care, and they were very professional and kind. From now on we won’t use anyone else for our moves!

Moved from PA to NC. My company paid JK Moving Services. Walter and Francesco were the movers who packed and moved everything. They were great! Hardworking and made sure every box got from PA to NC. I definitely would use them again!

I appreciate her transparency and willingness to ensure our unique antique furniture is restored. Absolutely nightmare with J.K. Moving. Having moved several times, I have never encountered a moving experience as disastrous as the one my wife and I endured with this company. Our collection includes 16th, 18th, and 19th century furniture, each piece irreplaceable and cherished. Despite purchasing additional insurance to ensure these items were handled with care, all they received was basic shrink wrapping—no protective covers or proper boxing. I highly recommend JK moving services for your next move. I received excellent customer service from start to finish. The two gentleman that helped me move my heavy bedroom furniture were so professional and made sure my furniture was well protected. They even made sure my floors and walls in my home were protected as well. This will be my go to moving company for future moves. Thank you so much JK moving services.

Movers themselves were wonderful. They were careful, hard working, and kind throughout the process. However, everyone else on the team was incredibly challenging to work with. They were rude, short, and disrespectful (to us and the movers at times!). From being charged twice as much as the original estimate, not being prepared to move our Peloton (after I confirmed the process three times with two different people), and having our claim denied when the movers accidentally broke a bookcase beyond repair (the movers apologized profusely and promised we would get reimbursed but the claims department denied it). I would strongly caution against using this company, which is unfortunate because the movers themselves were great.
