Our water heater died and was leaking out water pretty good. Was able to shut off the water in time to stop water damage. John was able to come out the next morning, give us a fair estimate and had a new tankless system installed the next day. Works awesome and super fast work. He saved our family of 6 butts.

They did the plumbing for our new kitchen remodel in April 2022. It was done incorrectly and we’ve had issues ever since. The contractor who recommended them tried numerous times to get them back to fix and I’ve tried numerous times. They ignore me. I’m having their work redone this week by another plumbing company. Also, a few years ago they came to replace our main water valve at the recommendation of our contractor and charged a whopping amount of $500.

We had previously used John for a few small jobs and he was great. However during the last year we had two separate appointments with him and he didn’t show, didn’t call, and didn’t respond to our follow up calls. Super disappointing because we liked working with him and supporting local neighborhood business. Unfortunately we will have to find someone else who is reliable and responsive.

JK Plumbing is awesome! From the moment we contacted them, they were responsive, professional and friendly! We had a bathtub faucet that would not stop dripping and JK Plumbing was able to fix it for us quickly and efficiently! I sent a message to Kris and she was able to get us on the schedule very quickly. John arrived on time and was able to fix the problem immediately. Professional - high quality work - friendly!
