Jim and his team power washed/scrubbed and sealed my stamped patio and driveway. The patio needed a lot of work, Jim recommended that we use an "antiquing" agent to bring back the original colors and show a very rich shadow. See the below and after photos below! INCREDIBLE JOB! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They left pressure washing marks on my stamped concrete patio; Jim appeared to be training a young man on the job at our house. We did not agree to allow an inexperienced person work on our concrete. Power washing marks showed up after the patio dried and Jim was already gone. They also power washed and sealed my driveway and walkway. They left brown marks all over. I regret using Jim; I did so because he is located in the neighborhood I live in and I saw positive reviews online. Using Jim was a BIG mistake.

My deck is over 30 yrs old and was pretty neglected, but extremely well used. JK Schwartz is a true RENOVATING CO. They're not just someone with a power washer and a can of stain. They came out and power washed, inspected, replaced boards as needed, sanded the entire deck, masked the house to protect from over spray, and put 2 coats of the recommended deck stain on for an aged deck. We hired JK Schwartz to restore our 20 year old deck. They replaced 28 rotted boards and several broken rails. The crew worked steadily for 3 days. They were courteous, professional and answered our questions. The deck came out excellent. We highly recommend this company.
