Good morning. I called JKB Pools after a friend of mine highly recommended the company. This is a family run business so the team that showed up to provide an estimate was the owner and son. I explained what I wanted and while on site, JKB did some minor repairs for free. The system was working better. Later I approved the estimate. Shortly after that, the team returned to replace the sand in the filter, install a new jandy valve, replaced an o-ring and installed a handrail. After completing the work, I quickly noticed issues with the pump system (loss of prime and air bubbles in the jets). JKB returned a week later and resolve the issues without further cost. I am highly recommending JKB Pools because 1. Work was done in a professional manner. 2. A follow up visit resolved my concerns, 3
