They did a great job!! They explained how everything works and walked me through the setup process on my new WiFi thermostat. Which is the best thing if I forget to turn the heat back on when I leave for work I can control it from my phone so my doggies don’t freeze in a cold house.

We love Anderson Heating and cooling! They are a great local business and we’ve been using them for residential and commercial for years. Most recently, our furnace went out one evening and it was fixed by 9 AM the next morning!

I have had J L Anderson out to install a water heater and to work on a boiler. Each time, they were here within a day. They were very profession and got the work done. They went above and beyond when they installed the new water heater. They made some improvements to the setup of things, as this home is old and had some truly shoddy work done in the past. If I could give them more stars, I absolutely would.

The technicians arrived on the day that we had decided and it got up to 90+ degrees that day. They worked relentlessly to get the air conditioner working by the end of the day by 3 o’clock or so they had it running and cooling the house and had the furnace partially in the next day they completed it. There were three different technicians involved and they were all fantastic, they did a great job. They were courteous on time brought their own water brought their own Whatever was needed very gracious I am well pleased with the service that I received and I’m pleased with the furnace and air conditioning system. Thank you so much and anyone that needs an air conditioner or furnace replaced or installed call them. They are fantastic.
