I have had a fantastic experience with JLB Plumbing in Wakefield. From start to finish, the service is consistently excellent (truly above & beyond). Melissa at the front desk is the best—friendly, organized, and incredibly helpful when scheduling and answering questions. Derrick, the technician who came out, was just as impressive. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find a company where you feel you can genuinely trust the people coming into your home, but that’s exactly how I felt with JLB Plumbing. Friendly staff, honest service, and great communication all around. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing work!!

Kevin showed up on time. His work reflects his professionalism as it is impecable. He answered all our questions and left the work area immaculate! I wish everyone that comes to work in our place was like Kevin. I recommend him without any reservations!

JLB the real deal. They answer the phone when you call !! Old school responsiveness and customer service. From my initial call to request services to the service tech at my home. Great communication, they kept me in the loop with scheduling and follow up calls without having to chase them. JLB is firing on all cylinders. I had My yearly tankless water heater maintenance done by Kevin he was excellent! Explained everything. Very personable. Knows his job very well! And Melissa in the office was was helpful in making my appointment. I would highly recommend JLB Plumbing. They were recommended to me by other people as well. I well schedule my heat/ac to be done in April for my yearly maintenance too!

I seriously don’t know what I would do without them. They are my lifeline when it comes to emergencies. From the time I called in to the time tech came out they were hands on reliable, professional and easy to talk to friendly tradesman. Kevin is very well experienced in his field and a great problem solver. Thank goodness for him!! Frankly, I would NEVER use any other company but JLB Plumbing & Mechanical!
