I contracted with JLG Builds to replace my roof. They offer top-of-the-line roofing that I was looking for. I signed the contract and in no time at all they had the materials and the men out to install my new roof. They had it done in one day. They were meticulous in their clean up work. No nails or staples, underlayment or old roofing laying in my yard. AND, the new roof is beautiful. Thank you, JLG!

This is the second time I’ve used JLG Builds. The first time, they remodeled my kitchen and upstairs bathroom, and made my screened in back porch into a year round sun room. This time, they replaced my roof, siding, gutters, and front porch posts. I’ve been very happy with the work they did. Some of the things I like include the detailed quote for the work to be done, their responsiveness to questions and resolving any issues, and the overall quality of the work. They give you a fair and competitive estimate, and they listen to you.

I contacted James Graves construction in 2023 for a major exterior home renovation project that included a new front door, new front porch posts and railings, concrete parging and painting as well as repair and wrapping of all rake boards and corner posts for a single-family home. Bryan and his team were awesome. They showed up on time, cleaned up at the end of each day and did excellent work. I would highly recommend them and will use them again the future. They tore down my current front porch, a planter wall, and removed the tree and lamp post. They built a new front porch with stairs, a covered portico and new walkway. I had asked for lights built into the stairs and a hand rail. They didn’t disappoint and exceeded our expectations.
