TLC is incredibly responsive with great customer service -- communication, follow through, on the phone or in your yard nothing but professional -- something we did not enjoy with our previous irrigation company. When we moved, it was an easy choice to have them install our full system as well as provide ongoing maintenance.

Rudy provided outstanding service installing our holiday lights this season. From the very beginning, the scheduling process with TLC was smooth and straightforward, and communication from the office was clear and timely. Rudy arrived exactly when expected, walked us through the plan, and made sure every detail was done with care. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly attentive — checking placement, confirming preferences, and ensuring the final look matched our vision. The finished result was beautiful, and his workmanship truly elevated the overall holiday display. We also appreciated how friendly and knowledgeable he was throughout the process. I have had a lot of experience with TLC. TLC installed my sprinklers nearly seven years ago and has serviced them since them. I have always been pleased with their service. So when they began to offer gutter cleaning, I called them. Caitlyn, as usual, was very responsive and gave me an appointment right away. Rolando did a great job cleaning out the gutters. I intend to use them regularly from now on.

TLC was great from beginning to end. Caitlin made the contract signing process so simple and the cost was reasonable. Wilver and his crew came out and did a great job with clearing my property. I'm so glad I found TLC!
