JLM Heating and Air Conditioning

JLM has quickly become my go-to for anything HVAC! After shopping around for the best price on a job earlier this year and JLM came in with the best price, I call them first every time now. We had an emergency on a Tuesday night and they had a technician at our home 8am the next morning. The workers are polite, professional, and happy to answer all of your questions. I can’t recommend them enough!

The service provided by Jozo was exceptional. He was on time just as the text message confirmed the appointment. Highly recommend him/ his company for your HVAC needs!! He also took care of my mother's hvac system that another company said needed a whole new heat exchanger when they were doing routine maintenance. (and it was only 3 yrs old). We decided to get a 2nd opinion from JLM/Jozo & he was honest, told her it didn't need anything. You will have all our business from here on out!!!

Spire told me my control valve was getting marginally leaky so needed it replaced. I called various HVAC companies to get a bid for getting gas control valve replaced, and it really makes a difference when the owner takes the call. I get the run-around from other HVAC companies saying they can't give me an estimate without having to first pay $89 to provide an estimate to diagnose. Spire already diagnosed! I didn't get the run-around from JLM. Jozo took my call and was very informative, and gave me an estimate for some repair options. He was fine if I supplied my own part as long as it was understood there was no warranty on the part or service. Andy came to service and was professional, friendly, and also informative. I contacted JLM Heating & Air Conditioning Service on a Monday, to have my boiler serviced. They came out, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part that was needed for the repair. Grant installed the new part, check the radiators & before he left, he checked the boiler to make sure it was heating properly. Grant explained thoroughly explained the issue. Grant was very professional from beginning to end and also discussed other services that their company offers. 10/10 highly recommend JLM Heating & Air Conditioning Service, you will not be disappointed.

I would recommend JLM Heating and Air Conditioning. The technician was very informative. He explained what was happening and what might be the problem (FYI it was the pressure switch). He did his do diligence at troubleshooting the issue. Another HVAC company that was out a couple of days earlier said it was the gas valve and that they don't make that part anymore. So they recommended a new furnace. Get a second opinion or in this case another company. I never leave reviews on anything but this had to be said. Thanks Grant! I hope your boss (the owner see this). Small company great service!
