Replaced an old existing open-roofed porch with a screened-in porch with an adjacent deck. Juan was very courteous and professional with great communication throughout the construction. Even though there was an inaccurate material estimate, Juan was transparent and honest. He was able to meet my specific needs requested before and during the build, down to the little details that made the difference between something acceptable and something you personally desired. Combine all of the above with a very reasonable price, JLR Construction is second to none.

What can I say about this crew of men...Amazing! Always on time, friendly professional, their work is always exceptional and spot on. They tidy up afterwards and leave everything clean and put away. And on top of that very fair pricing and super easy to work with. I will never let anyone else work on my home again. No job is too big or small from mounting dog gate at top of stairs and fixing outdoor tap, to flashing outside home(that other contractors botched) or painting my front door and shutters, too relaying my entire homes floors both upstairs and down and tiling my half bath. You'll be glad you called them! I'm just over the moon with the results, and so quick! A very wonderful group of workers with talent and skill. 😊

Juan and his team came through for me when I had water leaking through the wall in a lower level bathroom. They found the source of the leak (a cracked pipe draining water from the kitchen above), repaired it, and then fixed the bathroom so you'd never have known it had happened - including insulation, drywall, vanity installation, and painting. I couldn't be more pleased with the work, and on top of that, Juan was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was timely, friendly, honest, communicative, and knowledgeable. I will absolutely hire JLR Construction again.

In the selling and buying a home process, my husband and I had dealt with 7 or 8 different companies having repairs, quotes and renovations. JLR was by far the most professional company we had the pleasure of doing business with. Juan and his employees were on time, clean, courteous, always wore smiles and did an amazing job renovating my bathroom. They even found mold and took care of the issue immediately. I am happy I found this company and will return for any construction or restoration I may need in the future.
