J&M Carpet Cleaners came to clean two upright chairs and a couch on July 23rd. During the visit, the technician recommended a deeper cleaning, which doubled the original quoted price. I agreed to the upgrade, and the cleaning itself seemed fine at first. The technician assured me the furniture would be dry later that same day. However, once everything dried, one of the chairs had a large water mark that wasn’t there before. I reached out on July 25th to report the issue and was told someone would check with the manager.
