Ken and Jimmy were awesome. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. Explained why and what needed to be replaced. Also looked under dishwasher to make sure there was no signs of water damage. I also want to comment on the text with the name and picture of the plumber. That is extra professionalism. Great price as I have dealt with other companies in the past. Very trustworthy.

Obsolete leaky Burnham Boiler and heat exchanger replaced with a Navien Condensing Combi. Very nice neat install. Ken and Ken enjoy their work. It shows.

Our heater stopped working on the coldest night of the year. We called R-Chee Plumbing and heating at 9pm and they thankfully arrived promptly and fixed our issue in a very short period of time. Our technician was Jake and he was amazing. I Highly recommend R-Chee Plumbing and Heating!

Amazing quick response and resolution once again from R-Chee Plumbing! Our heat went off, we contacted R-Chee and they responded quickly and saved us from further problems. Feeling fortunate that we have them as our heating/ plumbing experts.

just amazing. called r-chee on a saturday afternoon before this snowstorm for a no heat, no water. got an AI recording telling me to leave a message but they wouldnt be able to come til monday morning. ugh. i did just that and hoped for the best. will give credit for that AI, very detailed. they called back the next day on the sunday of this past snow storm. a sunday. a patriots game day sunday. a sunday with a snow storm. welp, i will say i got the best. jake was wonderful. above and beyond.
