We recently noticed water pooling in various spots around our home. My husband called Gangloff Roofing to inspect the gutters. The team responded quickly and Ben Gangloff personally came out to our home on a Sunday afternoon to troubleshoot the problem. He cleared debris and ensured the gutters were functional. We were very pleased with the speed of response and service received. We highly recommend!

Gangloff roofing spotted our damaged roof and within 48 hours had someone over immediately to repair the damage. The repair was quick and of quality work. We are very happy with the repairs and will absolutely work with them again in the future.

Gangloff installed the roof on our home before we purchased it. It is less than 10 years old and we discovered a leak. I called and made an appointment for repair and we sat in our house the entire day and they did not show up. No phone call. No apology. Since then, we have called them daily for over a week with promises that they will get around to our roof. They assured us they would be here yesterday or today. Again, no show. In the meantime it has rained 2 more times and the roof continues to leak. Maybe our job is too small to bother with, but they originally installed the roof and it is unfortunate that a leak has appeared in less than 10 years, so they have no interest in standing by their work.
