Maurice came out this morning to fertilize and spray for weeds. He was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the detailed report that he provided at the end of the service. He made sure to add recommendations to keep the lawn watered, especially while the new sod is rooting. Beyond excited to start seeing results and have a lush green lawn!

True Green lost my trust! The second application they did on a neighbors property, they were quick to come back and fix the error. I hate that it was always someone different coming out to my lawn. How can I ask the tech if it looks better when it was never the same one. The thing that really frustrated me was they came to aerate and seed my lawn two weeks ago in the middle of August! When it was dry and hot. That should of been done here in the fall! My yard has no trees and gets full sun it was already in distress. I can tell you no amount of water is going to make that grass grow! 600.00 dollars down the drain. They missed the fenced in part so I had to have them come back and that guy must of knocked into the metal fence and popped it out. Never left a note. I called to cancel as I no

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience with TruGreen has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, and I want others to be aware before considering their services. During the very first service, the technician sprayed all over my flower beds and vegetable plants (including tomatoes, peppers, and other flowers). Many of my plants that I worked hard on and spent money to grow were damaged or killed. I immediately called TruGreen and asked them to make a note on my account that no spraying should be done on or near my plants. They confirmed the notes were added—but when the technician came again, he ignored them and still sprayed on my plants, causing more damage. On top of that, the actual weed control service was a complete failure. The weeds in my backyard didn’t die at all. I

This has been the absolute best employee I've had do my yard. He knocked on my door and was extremely friendly and made sure the boundaries were correct because he's never done the yard. Your company is very lucky to have an employee like Corey C.

Ive used Trugreen for many years, and Im very pleased with how professional it always looks.
