The crew completed the work efficiently and made every effort to clean up thoroughly afterward. They were patient throughout the insurance process and very kind to us along the way. I highly recommend JM Roofing Solutions!! They just replaced our roof. Our brick chimney was crumbling so they remedied that by building a box around it, trimmed it with aluminum siding, and put a cap on it, which was a more economical solution. It looks as if it was always meant to be that way. They were so great to work with. Very professional. Quick. Replaced the roof in a day. The workers each had a job to do and got to work. They cleaned up after themselves. Justino was so knowledgeable and his price point was fair. (I got 6 quotes) He may not be the cheapest, but he was dependable, responsible, approachable, honest, and has been in business for a while. I liked that he was local also. His workers, Jorge and Pedro, were so good to communicate and respond to my concerns and questions.

JM Roofing Solutions has been the best contractor up to this point that I’ve ever used or worked with they helped us every step of the way in answering questions and working with our specific situation. Our home was built in 1958 it had three layers of shingles, some transition work that was done incorrectly over the garage area and a lot of ware and damage all over. This included the gutters and the flat patio roof that had water damage and needed a membrane. The job was done with the utmost quality and came with a great manufacturing warranty as well as the insurance provided free of charge by JM Roofing. They also converted our turtle vent system to a ridge vent system and installed leaf guards with the new gutters. Definitely the company to go with and will recommend them to everyone I

We worked with and had quotes from multiple roofers but JM was the only one who went the extra mile to get insurance to fully cover our roof (they only wanted to cover half despite the issues we had). Insurance portion aside, price was very reasonable and less than most we had quoted even with the ridge vent upgrade. Great communication, quick and professional installation. Highly recommend.

A job well done! Tear off of two layers of shingles and new roof installation in one day. Payed attention to details including making sure 50 yo plywood was still viable and spray painting all vent pipes to match the color of new shingles. I would definitely recommend JM Roofing Solutions
