ServiceMaster came to our home after it had been flooded. They were professional and so helpful from the beginning to the end of their work. They showed up right away, went right to work, and explained all of the processes along the way. They were so kind to answer all of my questions too. Jaxon, Calder, Ryan, and Abram, were the technicians that I worked with and they all were wonderful and professional. I am so grateful for ServiceMaster and the work they did.

ServiceMaster by Smith did a marvelous job making a difficult situation much easier when my dishwasher spring a leak and rained water into our basement. RJ and Tristan came and explained exactly what they were going to do and why before we even hired them. They also gave me an overview of insurance/non-insurance aspects and the opportunity to schedule their work according to my schedule. I really appreciated RJ showing me what they'd done at the end of each day and educating me on what the goals were for drying out the water and the antibacterial or anti mold options available. He made sure I understood and was super patient with all my questions. I love this company. After the fire under our deck, they took care of everything to be sure the clean up was done right and that we had everything we needed before the deck repair team came. Jay is an awesome project manager and he is very proud to be a part of this long-time local company!

SERVICE MASTERS responded quickly to get me on their schedule within a day!!! When they got here, they explained EVERYTHING they would be doing and answered all my questions.
