I had previously hired him for two small jobs, and he came and completed them. This time, I called him for a new job. He came to look at the work, and we agreed on $300 for the initial job and for removing and disposing of the debris. He said he would come on a certain day, but he did not show up. Later, he said he would come within a day or two, but again did not come. Eventually, he told me the price was too low and that he would not do the job. I asked how much he wanted, and he said $400. I agreed, and we confirmed the price. When he finally came on the scheduled day, he said he would only do the job for $550. There was a small amount of additional debris, so I offered $450, but we could not agree and he left. Later, we agreed on $500, and he promised to come on Saturday. He never show

I called on Saturday @ noon giving such a short notice and needed my grass to be cut the same day and wow!! got my grass cut at the same day!! My grass was overgrown and to my surprise the service was so fast and everything was left impeccable! Now I can enjoy my backyard, the owner is so respectful and professional.
