Really grateful to have such a wonderful local plumber. Our 10+ year old hot water heater was leaking and we called them right when they opened on a Tuesday after a snowstorm and they were here within 45 minutes replacing the heater. John and Cameron were so polite and knowledgeable. I appreciate their patience with all my anxious questions because we’re new homeowners and this was a new experience for us. Their prices are so reasonable; even more so after signing up for their membership! Thank you JMB!!!

The guys did an outstanding job on my 4 zone heating system last September. In one afternoon they took out the old broiler and early the next day they put in the new broiler. Looks really solid works great. Its always nice when you don't have to compromise between taking a hot shower, heating a house, or running a washer. Thank you.

Used JMB for a few years. Had good service initially. However, they do employee one bad plumber (the rest are very good). This guy installed a bathroom faucet, which broke within two weeks. Front office accused us of breaking it (last one lasted 18 years). Spoke to the owner who reassured us that he would resolve this and looked forward to our continued business. We agreed since we like supporting small businesses. However, when we tried to book another appointment for other plumbing issues, we got the run around from the front office who refused to schedule service. They eventually told us the owner had instructed them not to book any more appointments for us. If this was communicated to us earlier, we could have gone elsewhere to get our plumbing issues resolved. Instead, we were in limb
