Needed a breaker box installed for my neighbor, told me he would call me next day between 8-9 and come by for an estimate 9-10. Waited all morning, no call and no show. Wasted my morning waiting on him. If for some reason you can't make your own appointments you call your customers to reschedule. This only shows you either don't care about your customers, you are bad at managing your business or both.

Do not pay JMC before he has completed everything that needs to be done. He literally has a couple of hours worth of work left and will not return to the job even though he was aware of the things to finish up and we discussed him coming back out. Refuses to answer my calls or txts, and voicemail is full. This is the second house he has burned me on, and I would not have contacted him if I could have found another electrician who was immediately available. Makes one wonder why he was readily available in the first place (sarcasm)! He talks a big game, but is unable to perform. Fair warning to anyone else who uses this company.

Makes you feel like family. Mike is brilliant with electrical and problem solving. Couldn't ask for better service than received. Call them for your next electrical project! Very good pricing for superior work with all the credentials!

Need Mike to come back out to my boat dock and get the Lifeguard System he installed to work properly. The alarm goes off when the boat lift is raised or lowered. He installed 2 and both have problems. We’ve had no luck in contacting him

Thief! My husband paid for a job upfront and was told by mile the owner job was complete. It was not. Contacted mile on multiple occasions and was told he would be out to the property. Today he was supposed to be there at 1pm and never showed again. He cashed my $1100 check for services that he never completed. Finally got him to answer the phone and Nike stayed he was not coming and to hire someone else. See you in court, I will be going to San jacinto courthouse in the morning to file. Horrible human being do not use this company. Called another electrician in the area and was told I am the 3rd customer this week calling about the same company that didn’t finish my job.
