Mark is an absolute pleasure. Had a huge hole in my ceiling. Mark came out right away, looked and gave the most beautiful quote and the next day his crew came out and fixed my plaster ceiling 5 days before Christmas. He’s a hero anyone that rates low are just lying. Always responded to text right away and calls.

I can't say enough about the great job Mark did. His professionalism in quoting the job, explaining what needed to be done and what was included in the job was most appreciated. He walked the job and told me what boards would need to be replaced, where caulking was needed and explained the use of Vinyl Proof Paint on windows. He basically told me I'm going to treat you and your house like it wss my own. He gave me his advice on what he thought we should do. His prep work in making sure everything was covered and that there was no overspray on home or surrounding area was second to none. At end of job we did walk thru to make sure everything was done and nothing was missed. Another thing...I recommended him to my neighbors. Jmg Construction is a SCAM, Mark is very rude and unprofessional. We hired him on June 3rd, 2025, to paint our house, paid him $2000 in advance and he was supposed to start the job on June 4th,2025 but after cashing out the $2000 cheque he disappeared. After a week my fiance contacted him and he said he is outside the country and will be back in a week and will get the job done. He lied, he did not show up again. We kept asking him kindly when he was coming to paint our house but he kept making excuses. This unprofessional behavior of him was kept going on from June 3rd until mid-July, at this point, we were done with his excuses, and we knew that he would not come to do the job. Mark from JMG is a consummate professional. He came to my home for an estimate and listened carefully to everything I needed done. On the day of service, I was incredibly impressed with the extensive amount of care that he took preparing for the work to be done. He never rushed through any of the very important prep work and was very careful with every detail. He painted my garage door, two entry doors, ten window frames plus a bay window, eight shutters and two porch columns. In addition to this, he installed three new doors, two coach lights, two porch lights, three door handles and a new mailbox. The man is incredibly talented and highly skilled. My home looks fantastic and my neighbors are still raving over it. They all say it looks like a completely new home. I couldn’t be happier.
