JML Roofing Solutions recently completed 2 home improvement projects for us involving metal roofing…one was strictly for esthetic purposes & the second was functional in purpose. They replaced a small section of shingled roof over our front porch with a section of paneled metal. The second project involved the back of our house & 4 windows lined up side by side. Seasonal shifts with the sun in the winter months created a bright glare in our home living area. Having a two story home puts the roof line on the 2nd story. JML Roofing custom manufactured a metal paneled canopy to cap the four windows. All was painted to blend with existing roofing & masonry. I can’t say enough good words about the job that JML did for our roof replacement. Chelsea Stelte was our advocate and coordinator throughout the process, starting with the inspections, pricing, coordinating our insurance claim submissions, securing of city permits, and even coordinating with our solar company to ensure that our solar system was de-installed/re-installed seamlessly with our roof replacement. The roofing crew showed up on time and worked efficiently to complete the roof replacement in one day, and the clean-up at the end of the day and following morning was impeccable! Having the JML team by our side through this process took every bit of stress out of it for us...and the fact they are Rockwallian's, made it even that much more special. We’ve used JML, and specifically reached out to Lance, a few times with repairs when major storms come by. The guys at JML are courteous, quick and do quality work. They’ve been able to make my original builder grade roof last a few extra years. Great team if you want an honest opinion and quality work done.

I’ve been meaning to write this review. JML Heating and Cooling came through for me last minute after another contractor did a horrible job on my chimney. Jon was able to step in quickly and install a new chimney lining before winter. Jon has a great personality and was very personable, efficient, and honest about what I actually needed. He did not try to upsell or scam me, which I really appreciated. The price was very reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally. It has now been two winters since the installation and I have had no issues at all. No leaks, no ceiling damage, nothing. I am very happy with the work and highly recommend JML Heating and Cooling, especially Jon.
