JMPB Enterprises did a Design + Build project in my building in Brooklyn. It was a large-scale modernization construction project for the hallways. The project was over two years in the planning and required a highly complex design as the building is quite old. It turned out great, and JMPB did an excellent job. With all the moving parts, they were able to deliver the job on time and within budget. They had a great project manager named Kasarda, who was integral to the project's success. I highly recommend John Marino and his Team.
JMPB has been excellent to work with and they stayed on budget. There were no surprises. They transformed the 1960's co-op hallways and lobby into a mid century modern hotel experience. Thank you to John, Peter and the entire team!
