Spoke with the owner on Friday and set up appointment for that Sunday morning to take care of yellow jackets that got into our walls off the deck. The owner's son texted the time he'd arrive, showed up on time (in company truck, and in uniform), assessed the situation, and explained his procedure. All went smoothly, and the job was successful. Yellow jackets were completely gone (inside and out) by the next morning. The job was guaranteed,as well. Excellent communication. Very reasonable rate. Quick response. When we moved into our house back in 2015, we dealt with seasonal yellow jackets and wasps like everybody else.
