Matt’s very thorough, precise, and careful with his work. He’s a great communicator and explains the plan, the steps necessary, and then follows through. He’s an easy person to be around in a hard time and he gets the job done. He really cares about home safety and the people he’s working for.

I had a leak in my home from a hot water line. Matt came by to figure out what the best course of action would be to remediate the situation. He was honest, super fair with pricing, and professional throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond making sure everything was done right and in the time frame I needed it done. He was super clean and the job came out great. He will ALWAYS be my first call if I ever need help with a water/fire issue in the future. 10 stars. Thanks again Matt.

Matt and company were able to stop by for an emergency call as we noticed some water damage in our basement, which they uncovered to be worse than expected. Matt was very knowledgeable, informative and had great communication throughout the whole process as we are new home owners. He also gave us advice on other aspects of our home. Luckily he was also very accommodating with scheduling as it was a holiday weekend. Would highly recommend Matt and his team!

Matt with Utopia Restoration was very easy to deal with, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative as to the scope of the job. He communicated every step of the job as it went through the process and was very conscious to keep the cost as low as possible for us, as we were not using an insurance claim. My job was a sewage cleanup, where my sewage line backed up into the whole basement. Matt’s team was very careful with lots of stored items and did a great job to take care with things that we were keeping. I definitely recommend this company, especially if you are not filing an insurance claim. The larger companies quoted me much higher than what we were able to get it done for with Utopia.

The owner is an absolute perfectionist. You will be satisfied for sure. Also, please know that he does other kinds of work besides mold restoration. My situation was to look for mold and thoroughly clean a room that my son is about to move back to, and I was concerned about possible mold and bacteria and cleanliness. He went absolutely above and beyond.
