Very helpful. We have never owned a spa before so we were typical first time buyers. A little backstory, apparently the actual owners of the Clearwater Spa company changed hands. We had a very unleveled patio and needed a platform built that would level the tub. Matt attempted for weeks to get base measurements from Clearwater itself and they could not give us an answer on the dimensions, specifically the radius of the corners. God bless him and his patience of a saint- he attempted who knows how many times to get an answer with no success. So upon delivery of the spa to Job-Rite, Matt measured the base and we sent the information to Brent (highly recommend if you need to level your pad/patio/land) prior to install. At installation, we had a DOA hot tub. No bubbles, no lights, no worky-wo

Had a little pool trouble coming back from vacation, I took a sample of my water to her and she gave me clear direction on what to do and promised me my pool would be perfect in two days. The next morning I woke up and it was 99% clear and as promised the following day it was perfect. Good service, great knowledge. Thank you!

Much like others have stated, Kim is very rude and condescending. I was a new pool owner and was told to stay away, but I gave them a chance. I paid Job Rite to close my pool and then open my pool. The pool closing was done at night when it was dark. They sent out one person to do the job. When the pool was opened in the spring, a return line pipe had burst. It took them 7 days to come back out. I had to help their guy figure it out. I was then charged $500 for that. All he did was hack the hell out of my pipes. I asked about the burst pipe considering they both closed and opened the pool and no issues were there before. They tried to explain it away, by saying there was probably previous work done(not true- I spoke to the two owners who have ever owned it) they tried to act like I saw it

Honestly giving 1 star makes me cringe. I was treated rudely two years ago by (assuming her name is Kim by the other bad reviews concerning her) but I gave her grace thinking maybe it was a bad day. No!! Today I went in to get my water tested. Only to have her look up my account and rudely insult me as to why I haven’t purchased chemicals from her in a year. I explained that our pool was getting redone and we were having issues and it wasn’t open last year. She called me a liar and asked where I was purchasing my products and said I would have to pay $20 if I wanted my water tested. Great, I’ll pay $20. Well it didn’t stop there, she continued to be rude and insult me. I WILL NEVER WALK IN THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!! I’ve seen her treat everyone that walks in that store rudely and is NOT profes

Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My boyfriend and I have a pool that came with the house we purchased and have had nothing but trouble with. I came here had my water tested and was given lots of information about the chemicals I was buying and how much to put in my pool. (She wrote dosing on the bottle, and even gave me a printed list) Kim makes herself available via text and phone call and even stayed on the phone with me for an hour teaching me how to back flush, apply the chemicals, etc. I’m so impressed with their customer service and feel it’s so rare to find businesses that care this much about their customers anymore! I will continue to do business here and recommend to all!
