I called this morning and spoke with Nelson because my elderly mother’s heat pump stopped working. He said I will be there at 10:30 am because of icy roads. He got there at 10am and drove his personal vehicle because he couldn’t get the van out! He repaired the heat pump quickly ! These guys are amazing and so easy to work with!! This was our 2nd time with Joe Cool. They kept us informed during the day as to when our tech would arrive. Mike (our tech) is very knowledgeable, thorough & pleasant. We would recommend Joe Cool to anyone!
Mike came and addressed the problem. Went and got the parts to fix it. Came back and made the repair. Then I told him it smelled funny he checked everything again and assured me it was dust where he changed the blower motor. And he tested it to make sure with the meter before he left. Very quick and professional.
They assessed my hvac in less than a minute and acted like they had somewhere else to be when I was asking them questions.
