Amazing! Let me start out by saying Jackson is a very respectful, professional, helpful, and caring man. The hot water line going to the whole house had a pin hole in it and thanks to him it's fixed. He didn't hesitate to help me and was very responsive. I have hot water throughout my house again because of him. I'm saving his number in my phone because he is and will be my plumber forever. I couldn't be more grateful for him. If I could give him more than 5 stars it would be maxed out. Definitely give him a call if you need help with your plumbing you won't regret it. Thank you again for helping me.

I called because my water heater wasn't working. Jackson came over that afternoon. He was polite, professional and patient. He did a thorough check and it turned out to be an electrical issue. I would recommend him anytime.

Had a leak spring up, contacted Mid Mountain Plumbing and received help the same day. Not only were they prompt, but they explained things to me, someone who knows nothing about plumbing, in terms I could understand. On top of that they saved me a TON of time and trouble by fixing the problem without the need to cut into any walls or the ceiling below the bathroom. Best plumber around the tri cities area, give them a call and see for yourself!
