Joe Hurley recently replaced our heating and air conditioning system. In over 40 years as a homeowner, this was the easiest and most pleasant project we ever did. From the initial meeting with Bob, the Staff Engineer who did the estimate to the complete installation - everything went smoothly with no surprises. The price was excellent and the estimate was detailed, clear, and easy to understand. Bob is super pleasant and answered all my questions. The system he recommended is perfect! The installers were very careful with the house and answered all my questions. The workmanship of the installation is outstanding. Very disappointed. We went with Joe Hurley because we like to use local. They had to return 3 times to fix what they said was the actual Lennox unit. We also told them an outlet and light didn’t work after they left. They insisted it was not them however an electrician immediately found where they cut through ceiling and had cut the wire and taped it up. I called to explain what electrician found and was told management would get back to me. One week later they have not nor acknowledged their mistake!!! Very disappointed!!!

Hurley Heating and Air Conditioning is my go to climate contractor. I have been a customer for over 35 years, from regular service to upgrades of systems his mechanics are top notch. Professional, knowledgeable, honest hard workers. Recently upgraded an A/C service and extremely pleased with workmanship and timely completion. Highly recommend for all your climate needs! Crew did a great job and very impressed with how clean and neat the installation looks.

This company installed my HVAC and has been doing the PM visits. Today I waited all morning and no one came out or called. I called the office and was told they changed my appointment window to the afternoon. I explained I was not available in the afternoon. I asked to reschedule and was told it would be months for a new appointment. Time for a new company.
