Joe Maintenance Service

I got a gift certificate for their services, I contacted Joe to schedule this service and told them that I wanted to keep their services on a regular basis if the service was good. So, I had a scheduled and confirmed appointment, but because I needed to go to a last minute doctor's appointment, I contacted them back by phone (spoke with Joe and he said he was calling me back in 5min) and email to rescheduled but they never contacted me back. Because of this unresponsiveness, I emailed again confirming the appointment for the original date. The night before of the appointment I received a confirmation text but no one showed up on the scheduled date and time AND next day I received an email asking how the service went and to leave a review for them - So, I am doing it - They never cancelled

I had a unforgettable experience with joe maintenance! 2 cleaners showed up on time and very professional. They not only did a good job on there 1st initial clean but they returned for a standard clean 2 weeks after the first clean completely free. I’m going to stay with them forever I never wanna clean my house again.

When the cleaning team arrived at my home they were punctual and well prepared with all equipment and supplies. They were respectful of my property and took great care in ensuring that everything was cleaned.

This company was marvelous with my struggles of moving. I had so much to do and the elongated the task of cleaning which helped me focus on the move itself. The landlord commended about the clean which resulted to me getting my deposit back. I’m taking joe maintenance with my new place lol

Joe Maintenance was very detailed in there cleaning. They made sure to get every area I wanted to get but was too lazy to reach myself. There booking system was so easy I am now using them for recurring services.
