Our sump pump quit working on a Saturday and the hole was almost full of water. We had met Moose one day when we were out walking our dog and he had given us his number since our regular plumber had retired. He answered our call and came over within 10 minutes and replaced the sump pump for us. What a relief! His help was so much appreciated.

Joel is YOUR guy for anything heating and cooling. I can't say enough about working with him. My husband and I took on a huge addition and remodel project and Joel and his team were an important and large part of it. They were professional, timely, they cleaned up after their projects AND even though we ran into some small, unexpected issues, he stayed true to the initial bid he gave us. He was also willing to work with us when we wanted to add a fireplace into our crazy project. There was a misunderstanding about my experience with this company. I understand that emergencies happen. But when you tell someone that you will be some place to give them an estimate, then the company should call and let them know that something happened and that, that day won't work. Yes, they were not hired, but you told me that you would be there and just never showed up. Still not very happy with how everything went down!!

Fantastic service from Joe and his workers..water heater went out on a sunday afternoon, they were here monday morning and had a new one in by the middle of the day
