Menards

I pre-ordered some Halloween decorations that were in stock in Jamestown that were not available at my local store. I went to the order desk to pick them up , the outstanding customer provided by Lani to retrieve the order in a friendly manner and make friendly conversation is the best I have ever received at a Menards and most other business'. I went through Riley's checkout line and again was treated in a friendly manner. GREAT JOB!!

Steve is very helpful. This is my 2nd time where he has helped me. His attitude his eager to help mendards needs more people like steve.

I am from Mandan, ND but on my drive back from Fargo, I stopped into the Jamestown store to try and pick up an item that was out of stock at my local Menards. I needed to purchase replacement stakes for some solar lights but wasn't sure exactly what size/kind would work the best. I am writing this review to say thank you to James in electrical for taking the time to do such a wonderful job helping me. i was confused and frustrated because I couldn't remember exactly what the stakes looked like when I originally purchased the lights. James took the time to make sure the stakes would fit my existing set of lights plus he helped me choose a higher quality metal stake which proved to be a wise investment.
