I have called upon the experience and awesomeness of the good folks at Joe Moore for close to 10 years to solve both emergency issues and general maintenance of my oil burner. I will continue to do so. Friendly prompt service.

Reliability, accuracy, and integrity are priceless as you know when needing to hire someone to work in your house on something as important as plumbing and heating. Over the years Joe Moore fixed some problems with the plumbing in my 100+ year old house. In summer 2018 he installed a new oil burner that I purchased through him. The old EFM oil burner that he removed was from the 1950's or 60's! My experience has been 100% positive.

Nobody ever answers the phone - it always goes to voicemail. I left a message to make an appointment for a furnace cleaning and nobody ever called me back. The next day I called Losch and they took care of me right away.

Joe’s heating and plumbing replaced our hot water heater and furnace. Joe and staff were very respectful easy to talk to and cleaned up after themselves.
