We bought our click lock flooring here when they had a sale- 50% off the regular price of great quality flooring. Decided to go back for carpet for 2 rooms, and once again received a great deal of over half off a top quality carpet. The owner himself explained quality and pricing to us, and we settled for an in stock option that he sold us at below cost. Today the install crew came; very professional and did wonderful work! I was very happy with the installers. The floor that was put in my bathroom was so nice! However, I was called and accused of not paying my bill. I gave the half down and paid the balance to the installers. The lady ( I forget her name I believe it was the daughter of the owner) was extremely rude and said I didn't pay and I needed to send another check. I tried to explain that I paid the installers but she said I was very uncooperative and I needed to send another check. I told her I was not writing another check. She then preceeded to tell me I needed to call my bank. She then said she would be in contact with me. Not even 10 mins later she called and said I indeed paid my bill in full. I had a laminate floor put in approximately 6-7 years ago. When my old floor was being torn out I mentioned to the installer my concern with a depression in the floor from my hallway to my den. I was told not to worry as the new floor was flexible. 2 years later that panel split. They came out and replaced the panel, at no charge, but never filled in the depression. I questioned the stability again, I was told it would be fine. 2 years later, same panel split. I called Nancy to have it fixed again, and correctly, and I was informed it would cost me $350. She told me they needed to rip the floor back out to level that area. WHY wasn't it leveled when they ripped the old flooring out??? Nancy was very arrogant and unsympathetic. Also makes it sound like I did something wrong. Flooring is not
