I had Sampson Plumbing do a gas conversion on my home in Merrick. From getting the permits issued to dealing with my GC they handled everything professionally and in a timely manner. My GC even said they did the job well - he was impressed. There were some times where they had to come back unexpectedly but they were always super responsive and returned quickly. Nicole, RJ and Joe were always available to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend for all plumbing needs.

Big thanks to Sampson Plumbing (no relation) I called them late one Friday night to tell them my hot water heater wasn’t working. The next day Saturday 8 am they were there with a new hwh if needed to be replace ( always ready) they have been nothing but helpful and reliable. They are on time and every employee has great knowledge of what they are doing. They are very clean and reliable. Ill never use another company!

After years of different plumbers trying to figure out why my basement smelled, Sampson Plumbing and heating figured it out. The crew was great with creating a plan for venting our basement fixtures appropriately along with mitigating risk for smells in the future. They were quick and efficient with their work and I am really happy I can go in my basement again and not worry about smells anymore. I highly recommend Sampson Plumbing for any job, especially a job that can be tricky and needs someone to think outside the box

I am sorry for the delay in writing this but about a couple of months ago a brand new heating unit and hot water heater was installed in my home. Matt and his crew were second to none! The work was performed in one day...Neat, clean, knowledgeable, friendly are understatements. The proof as I write this in mid-November 2025 is the unit is fantastic yet efficient.
