Joe the Handyman

Called the day after we got 8-10 inches of snow, he picked up right away. He came over within 10 minutes and did a great job!

A lifesaver! I live seven hours away in Cedar Rapids IA and needed help with preparing my father's estate for sale. Don't know what I would have done without Joe the Handyman. He is all that you can ask for in a handyman. His work is excellent (and I am VERY picky) and he is dependable, affable and affordable. Do yourself a favor and call Joe the Handyman when you need work done! Projects Joe did for us: - Cleaned out and hauled junk from two garages, deck and yard. - Patched and painted walls and installed baseboard trim in bedroom. - Patched and painted bathroom walls and vanity and installed new shower fixtures. - Reinstalled heat register covers after carpet layers removed them. - Circulated water system and unclogged faucet aerators.

I stumbled across Joe’s business on Facebook. Liked he was local and seemed like he would fit what I was looking for. Called him and he was at my place the next day. Had numerous jobs (pilot light on fireplace, garage door, microwave, closet doors, molding and snow) that needed to be done. He was able to fix most everything and ordered parts for the rest. He was able to come back in a timely manner to finish up the rest of the work. He is a very friendly guy and trustworthy. His rates are very reasonable and he is fair! I would recommend him if you need assistance with about anything! Great experience.

Joe was very respectful and efficient! He made sure to do a complete walk thru of everything I had asked of him, plus more! From a faulty wire, some questionable plumbing issues/leak, to my humidifier, and the dryer vent completely replaced. He noticed my A/C unit outside needed cleaning and got me on his books for this summer to come back and complete that job. He made sure to explain everything in detail, so I knew what to look for. I really appreciated his time and knowledge and highly recommend him! Thank you, Joe!

Joe did a great job installing our new wall oven. Made things extremely easy for us by adding some additional safeguards and gave us ideas for an area where they old one came out. Let's hope this one lasts us 57 years like the old one. Very efficient and quick about getting in and out. Great job, look forward to working with him again.
