Schmidt Roofing

We are restoring a 3 story brick home and hired Schmidt roofing to do our Carriage House style shingles. Everything about Schmidt is professional and exceptional. Everything from estimating, scheduling, project management, clean-up, etc. went smoothly. A fantastic company to do business with! Of course, we highly recommend them!!

We had Schmidt Roofing replace asphalt shingles with steel roofs on our two garage buildings near Pine River. The new roofs look great and the fit and finish is excellent. The work included tearing off the asphalt shingles. The crew did a terrific job cleaning up the site as we did not find any scraps of shingles or metal trimmings. They coordinated the schedule with us to have the work done prior to a time when we couldn’t have them on site. Overall they were great to work with and the end result was excellent. I would highly recommend Schmidt Roofing.

Schmidt Roofing just completed re-siding our entire house and it looks amazing!! My husband and I are both delighted and impressed. The crew did an outstanding job. Professional and hard working, they put in some very long days and they never failed to tidy up at the end of the day. They replaced all of our exterior lights and outlet covers. At their suggestion, we had them frame all the windows in a contrasting color and I cannot believe how fabulous it looks. They did a lot of extra work, too. When the old siding was removed, they found some rotted areas and they repaired all of them. They also added some trim pieces to give everything a beautiful finished look. We had to exercise patience but it was well worth the wait. We loved working with Brett and we love our house! Brett kept us well informed every step of the way. He was honest, hard working, fair & very personable...and that made the whole process go smooth!! The siding crew was very professional, friendly & quick to add or change anything we wanted. The entire experience was great and we would gladly use Schmidt Roofing again, especially if Brett Fuller is our 'go-to' guy & Ben is at the helm!

My wife and I purchased a new property with 3 roofs that desperately needed replacing. Darrin Schmidt gave me a very fair bid even though he knew that the roof was going to require some extra repair. Working with half log siding is not the easiest thing but Alberto and his crew were fantastic. They ended up replacing 25 sheets of plywood across 3 buildings with precision. The crew worked very hard to complete the job and did an excellent job cleaning up all the roofing debris. Joey was very responsive with communications and flexible with our schedule. Zach, the regional superintendent, was very knowledgeable about how to fix everything and convey that to the amazing crew. I would highly recommend Schmidt Roofing.
