OMG !!! I met the nicest guy I’ve ever met in my life today!! I was parked on Stuart Street in Boston earlier today near the Westin. I was on a conference call with my car turned off but the battery on . Well, long story short , when I went to start it, it would not start. I killed the battery. All of a sudden, out of nowhere, here comes this big burly guy , all bundled up, Pulling a bag, full of tools and carrying something in the other hand. Fortunately, I was parked behind this mystery man and he noticed I was visibly shaken. He approached my car slowly standing about 10 feet away and waving his hand asking me if I was OK and if I needed any help .Normally, I would just try to wave Off someone doing that , especially a stranger in the city. however, I did need help and I did notice

Called to have a tech come out and they said "we're not taking any new customers". I've used them before and their reasoning was that "it was a couple of years ago". No reason as to why they can't service especially after speaking with a tech last week saying they were able to come if scheduled. The last time they serviced my freezer- it wasn't working properly after service so i called them back because i had over 6k in ice cream melting, so i needed a tech ASAP. that must have had me blacklisted. At least tell the customer why you blacklist them. They came and fixed the freezer after their mistake the first time and that's why i tried to use them again. They're on the expensive side anyway.

Terrible experience all around. Initially did a service on our reach in fridges, put in wrong sized gaskets and then never fixed the problem. Afterwards every time I called for service they told me it would be three weeks or more. Not very helpful when you have a business to run. Most recently, they flat out told me they aren’t doing any new service calls. Wild way to run a business. Might as well take your listing down. If you are looking for a commercial service company don’t waste your time!

I had a great experience with Joe Warren & Sons. They installed a flight type dishmachine at a hospital for us and it could not have gone any better. We had an issue with the equipment being delivered to the hospital so they jumped right in and rounded up a team immediately to off load the truck. They did not charge us a penny more for the additional labor and travel time. The installation went well and the hospital was happy. They were always very responsive and professional. It was a pleasure to work with them.
