Hired back in Sept 23, 2024. He was responsive and accommodating and quick to provide an assessment. Asked to help with the following items at a property: 1) priority 1 is to patch and paint bathroom ceiling due to recent water damage 2) change bathroom cabinet I paid him half as a down payment of $400 for the kitchen faucet and bathroom cabinet purchase and install, service which included chalking bathroom areas and changing and removal of old kitchen faucet and bathroom cabinet. And the 2nd half to patch ceiling and paint on Sept 30th. He sends me a picture of the kitchen faucet and bathroom cabinets installed, along with simple plumbing work and an off shot of the bathroom ceiling saying it’s done. I pay him the remaining balance.
