DONT USE THIS GUY! He will give you a price, do the work then give you a different price, and make up BS about of that wasn't included! If you are foolish enough to use him get every detail in writing!

Bad experience with Joe's carpet had them install a vinyl floor in my condo and didn't return to finish the molding "Joe's Carpet Where Are You " so unprofessional !!!!
