Joe responded to my inquiry immediately and was able and willing to answer my questions and provide an accurate bid over the phone. He scheduled the job promptly, was on time, friendly, helpful, professional. They were very respectful of the property. He and his crew worked quickly and carefully to get the junk removed. Amazing service! Honestly I called just expecting to get idea of the next earliest pickup I had no idea it would be done so quick! The whole interaction was so efficient too so many place these days you have to fill out a ton of web forms and busywork with Joe's I let them know I needed to get a couch out, sent a pic and boom it was gone in under 30 mins. I highly recommend to anyone who just wants fast great service!

Joe’s Junk and Trash Removal did a great job. I called and Joe answered right away, had me send over a few photos of what needed to be removed from our shop in Anaheim, gave me a time, and showed up exactly when he said he would. The whole process couldn’t have been easier. He was polite, professional, and true to his word, especially when it came to being on time. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing junk removal.

Joe was great! Called on a Saturday and he was there in 30 min. Affordable price and they even swept up after they were done. Clean work, affordable price, and prompt service. Hard to beat that.
