Of all the contractors we engaged with for estimates when we were planning our kitchen remodel, John Lavorgna offered the highest quality product, and most efficiently zeroed in on the best kitchen layout for our family. His demeanor, professionalism, and flexibility were outstanding. He and his wife graciously made concessions to accommodate my wife and I to visit their showroom at times that we could find a sitter to watch our kids. He was super-busy and it took some time to work out an estimate, but that is fairly typical these days with good contractors. John offers full turn-key solutions which will appeal to many in the market for a new kitchen. Just be aware you might be wasting your time contacting Lavorgna Kitchens. Honestly, things started off well. They actually called us back unlike other contractors we had contacted. Made an appointment to come and review our list of updates and take measurements. That is pretty much where the positive experience ends. We were told that they were “very busy” so it might be a few weeks before they could give us estimates. After a few weeks, we were able to speak to a live person that John was still working on it. We had attempted to follow up many times over the last 2 months and not only does nobody ever answer the phone, they never call back after leaving messages. Clearly they do not think that our business was worth it to them and they are not professional enough to actually tell us that

We have done 3 major projects over 5 years with John Lavorgna. We are so thrilled with the professional and high quality work, that we would never use anyone else. We did a 20 foot home expansion including 2 bedrooms and 2 garage bays, full kitchen and 3 bathrooms renovations from the studs. The company came highly recommended, and we were not disappointed!

The owner came to the house to discuss remodeling the bathroom. It would be a total gut job with new shower, remove the tub, had a window, new double sinks and new closet. He was there 1 hour measuring and taking pictures. We talked about two different plans. Over 2 months later he never called. I called and there were excuses made about not having my phone number. He asked that we go to his office which I did. We went over the same things we had already discussed. He said I would get a call with plans. That was over two months ago and I never heard a thing. I don’t care how busy a business is (which that was never discussed), a follow up would be the professional thing to do.

John and his company came highly recommended. We were very pleased with their work.
