I wanted to improve the efficiency of my system, so I went for air ducts cleaned. The service was top-notch. Arriving early, the technicians were eager to start and very thorough in their explanations. No question went unanswered. The procedure was detailed, involving agitation and vacuuming to dislodge and extract dirt. The airflow is stronger, and the house warms up or cools down faster. It's like having a brand new system. Communication was stellar throughout. I felt valued as a customer. Breathing is easier, and there's less sneezing in the household. The service has truly improved our living environment. The process included sealing off areas to contain dust, making sure my home stayed clean during the work. Made a real positive impact on my home. Excellent!

I honestly didn’t expect much from scheduling a duct cleaning, but these guys surprised me. They showed up on time, walked me through everything, and actually took the time to show me what was inside the vents. I had no idea how much dust had built up. After they finished, the house felt less stuffy and the air smelled cleaner. They were friendly, respectful, and didn’t try to upsell anything. Really solid service.

After our furnace started making noises, I called for maintenance and was told to consider cleaning the ducts as well. Technician Alan cleaned the furnace, the air ducts, and removed a surprising amount of dust from the blower. The whole house feels more comfortable now, and the system runs a lot more quietly. Very happy with the entire process.!!

We had called a local company to find out why our A/C was not working and the line was freezing up. That company came out (an hour late), said we probably have a leak, but could not find it. They would need to fill the system with the old R22 (mini of $200) drop in a dye pack and come back in 3 weeks. They charged me $165 to tell me this. Didn't find anything or do any work. Dave from JP Timmerman came out, found the leak (according to him) in a very easy to find spot. It was a $20 part. He fixed it, boosted my airflow, adjusted some of the sheet metal to get rid of the leaks. He did this all in 1 day. (our system is 24 years old). We have yet to have any problems with it. They are the original installers of our unit. Unit was to be more efficient but the electric bill has been higher. Unit is now not working and find out there is a minimum charge of $150 to drive from Lima. The office staff was rude on the phone and hung up when I questioned here about this charge. Look elsewhere for your installation and repairs.
