Hired to install Generac unit. Never completed the job. Did not install oil heater. Used after market parts that failed. Did not install Generac parts. Sloppy work. Will not Recommend.

We had them come out to make some moves with 4 light switches. First of all, they came in my brand new house with mud all over their boots and tracked it everywhere. Said they would call us back and they never did. My husband called them and was told he had THREE funerals to go to. Also told us they would be charging us $200 an hour because there was two of them. It was a one-man job.

After attempting to work with some different electric companies to get my 3-phase service installed I contacted John-Boy. They did tell me that it would be a little bit to get scheduled and out to install but they worked me in faster. Install went smoothly and now I can use my 3-phase service. Shortly after the install I had a question about a 3-phase battery charger for my forklift and they came back out and we were able to go through the charger and make sure it was properly set up for my service. Very happy with their work.

Had an outage on a Friday Afternoon and needed an Electrician right away. Even though John’s crew were all busy- he took the time to call me back and get me in touch with a local electrician to get me squared away and fixed up before the weekend. That’s the community team work we need!

Waited 8 months to send a bill charged almost $400. Then was told I was charged $200 for two men to come change a plug at the rate of $100 per hour ( they were here 20 minutes) I definitely wouldn't recommend them.
