I can't say enough good things about these guys. We had a water line burst on Friday night before Christmas. I left a message and had a call back within an hour. They looked at it on Friday and agreed to come do the repair on Saturday. The repair was outstanding and we have water back before the holidays. I am very grateful for their service

Attempted to contact through their Facebook business chat as I love to support local businesses as much as I can. My main drain was backing up into my basement causing flooding. Heard back saying they were forwarding to Tom (I believe that was his name) and I would hear back from them the next day. Never heard from them. Contacted Michigan plumbing who took the job seriously and came out the same day and fixed two clogs at 20ft and 48ft. Would never recommend this company for any plumbing needs due to lack of communication.

Left 2 voice mails on the same day. Neither call was returned. Called Hedlund plumbing that same day, they sent someone out to evaluate same day, returned next day with parts and fixed my problem. Still have not received a call back from McLeod.

You call them, they don’t answer. You leave a message and they still don’t call you back. Don’t waste your time.

Can't say enough great things about my experience with McLeod Plumbing. Great customer service, fast and responsive. Listened to my problem and help come up with a great solution. Very happy customer here.
