This is a terrible company to deal with, they have know consideration at all. They call the wrong numbers to let you know they are on their way. They don’t give you time to get home. They have very bad communication. They do not treat their customers right. They do not have get customer service. Then they have the nerve when you get upset to tell you they are done with you and to get someone else like they are the only business we can deal with. This is their lost and will soon lose more business. My husband own two businesses and this is not how you do business. First of all you try 2 numbers at least to contact your customer. We know many people and the word will get out. This company act as though they did not want to do the work. Also his secretary has bad understanding after being tol

John Broussard arrived without calling me to say he was coming!! He called the policy holder, my sister. I was in the shower when he arrived!!! I feel he should have apologized for not calling me, but he said he only deals with the policy holder (American Home Shield). My sister is working and does not live here, but he called her!! I was very clear when I spoke to his wife, Wendy, that I was to be called!! Miscommunication?? As I told her, shouldn't your husband have a better attitude with people, since you are a mom and pop operation??? Not a place I would refer people to ever!! One star for prompt service.

Great service!! Friendly and professional. He was able to fit me in his schedule quickly and had the replacement part in his truck. Diagnosed the problem and replaced it in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely use him again in the future. Thanks John.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a maintenance or repair company. The “secretary” was rude and blamed me for calling the incorrect number when attempting to tell me he was on the way once. Showed up 2 hours early the second time.. as if I’d be home? People work. She called me after the second and said they wouldn’t be back because it was “too difficult” to get in touch with me and that I’d need to find another company to repair. Then hung up. AWFUL customer service.

Excellent service. I was referred to them for home warranty work. They made an appointment based on my availability, called to confirm, came when they promised - and did the work quickly, professionally, and friendly. I will use them again.
